Algho AI embedded in fully-owned accessible public kiosk; new customer adds third revenue stream to FY26 commercial momentum

Vection Technologies Ltd (ASX:VR1, OTC:VCTNY, FRA: S1X) ("Vection" or the "Company"), a leading provider of INTEGRATEDXR® and AI-powered digital transformation solutions, is pleased to announce a new order valued at ~$3.3m from Media Comunicazione, a new customer, for Vection's Accessibility Kiosk, the Company's purpose-built accessible public terminal, fully owned and fully recognised in FY26.

KEY HIGHLIGHTS

-      Vection's Accessibility Kiosk is an interactive public terminal for airports, government offices, banks and retail, Leisure and Sports Centers, Museums and other public spaces, purpose-built so that wheelchair users, blind users and deaf users can all access services independently, without staff assistance. One device. Every disability. No compromise.

-      New order of ~$3.3m from Media Comunicazione, a new customer, for deployment and market positioning of the kiosk across Italian markets. Fully recognised in FY26.

-      Designed and engineered to satisfy airport needs with the validation of the Italy's third busiest airport: 97% of disabled passengers served independently, versus 38% with a standard kiosk.

-      The European Accessibility Act (EAA) has been mandatory across Europe since June 2025, requiring public-facing digital terminals to meet defined accessibility standards. Vection's kiosk is EAA-compliant by design, a ready-made answer to a legal obligation now actively enforced.

-      Phygital joins defence ($30.6m cumulative) and Algho AI as Vection's third profitable, fully-owned revenue stream. Combined with the $1.1m announced earlier in May 2026, total post-Q3 orders reach $4.4m, all recognised in FY26.

OVERVIEW

FY26 has been a year of execution across three distinct and growing revenue streams. Vection's defence programme has reached $30.6m in cumulative orders. The Algho AI platform secured approximately $4m in new contracts in Q3 FY26 alone, building on $4.6m in H1 FY26. This announcement adds a third pillar: Vection's phygital (the blending of physical and digital worlds to create immersive, interactive experiences) portfolio, now entering its first major order cycle. All three are profitable, fully owned and recognised in FY26.

The Vection Accessibility Kiosk is validating from the Italy's third busiest airport by passenger traffic. There, it serves as the primary self-service terminal for all passengers with disabilities. A wheelchair user approaches and requests PRA assistance via on-screen video call. A deaf passenger presses one button and an Algho AI avatar appears, communicating in sign language in real time. A blind passenger follows the perimeter guide rail to the tactile controls and audio interface. No staff required for any of them.

Based on the airport's annual disabled passenger data, the kiosk serves 97% of disabled passengers independently, versus 38% for a standard kiosk with a sign language add-on. The current deployment is the proof of concept at scale, ahead of this commercial rollout.

At the 2026 AI Festival held in Milan, Italy, the Algho AI platform was recognised by winning the "Inclusive AI Solution" award from Dell Technologies and Intel. This award celebrates companies utilising AI to generate meaningful social impact, digital inclusion, and responsible innovation.

Media Comunicazione, a new customer focused on the market positioning of innovative technology solutions across Italian markets, takes on the deployment and commercial positioning of the kiosk platform. The order is valued at ~$3.3m, fully recognised in FY26. Combined with the May 2026 defence and AI orders, total new orders since the close of Q3 FY26 reach approximately $4.4m, all in the current financial year.

VECTION ACCESSIBILITY KIOSK

The Vection Accessibility Kiosk is a fully-owned phygital product built from first principles with accessibility as the design starting point, not a retrofit. A single form factor serves every major disability category: controls are wheelchair-reachable, the chassis has no mid-air protrusions that obstruct blind users, an AUX input and tactile interface address visual impairment directly, and an Algho AI avatar delivers two-way communication in Italian Sign Language and International Sign Language for deaf and hearing-impaired users, activated with a single gesture through the onboard camera. All of this within one device, available in indoor and semi-outdoor configurations, deployable across airports, public administration, banking and any high-traffic environment.

The kiosk integrates natively with the customer's enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM and document management platforms, through Vection's integration layer. Data stays in source systems and is orchestrated only when needed, with no duplication of processes. Available in indoor and semi-outdoor configurations, the solution is deployable across any high-traffic public environment with no third-party dependencies and a margin profile that reflects full ownership of the technology stack.

EUROPEAN ACCESSIBILITY ACT

The European Accessibility Act became enforceable across EU member states in June 2025, introducing mandatory requirements for digital touchpoints in public-facing environments across transport, retail, banking, public administration and more.

Organisations that deployed standard kiosks before the Act came into force are now facing either costly retrofitting or full replacement. Vection's solution is EAA-compliant by design, not by adaptation. That distinction matters commercially: it means customers receive a clearly compliant answer with no need for bespoke modification, at the point when regulatory pressure is actively increasing. The engagement of Media Comunicazione as a market positioning partner for this product is a direct reflection of the structural demand the EAA is now creating across European markets.

Gianmarco Biagi, Managing Director & Executive Chairman, commented:

"The Vection Accessibility Kiosk is a product we designed ourselves, we own entirely, and it addresses a problem that is now a legal requirement across Europe. The gap between 97% and 38% is not a marketing claim. It is what happens when accessibility is the starting point rather than the afterthought. The EAA is in force today, organisations need a solution, and we have one that under implementation in one of the most demanding public environments in Italy. In this way, inclusivity which was already Vection's driving force in creating solutions that transform human lives for the better, is a key strategic initiative and business opportunity."

"FY26 is the year where the breadth of what Vection has built becomes visible. Defence at $30.6m and still generating loyal, repeating orders. Algho AI accelerating through Q3 and into the new financial year. And now a new customer choosing to go to market with our phygital product as a commercial positioning play. These three streams are the result of owning our technology, delivering on it, and building the relationships that come from doing that consistently."
